About Head First
Defined by years of experience and long-term commitment to our clients we provide specialist case management across London, the Home Counties and the South of England.
Our services are delivered by a team of multidisciplinary specialists who share a passion for making a difference. Our extensive skill base and shared accumulated knowledge enables us to manage complex situations with empathy, optimism and expertise.
An on-call Case Manager is available 24/7 to provide urgent advice for clients, families, and support teams. During office hours Case Managers are supported to deliver a high-quality service to their clients by a team of dedicated Assistant Case Managers, Supervisors, Clinical Leads, and Senior Management. In-house human resources and payroll teams work closely with each Case Manager to manage staff directly employed by our clients.
